Theoretical Foundation
Grounded in Expert Theory
Built on Tuckman’s stages of group development, Situational Leadership, Psychological Safety, and 15+ additional academic frameworks. In-game actions and communications are recorded in real time, and post-game analytics visualize individual and team behavioral patterns.
